Rolling out AI across multiple branches without losing local control
A workflow proven at one location has passed a local test. Before copying it to the rest of the company, identify which parts are truly shared and which depend on the branch. The differences are often ordinary details such as service hours, territory boundaries or who approves exceptions.
Find two contrasting locations
For a commercial cleaning business, one branch might manage scheduled office work while another serves sites with overnight access rules. An AI assistant that prepares new job briefs could use a common structure for customer, site, task and contact. Access windows, site instructions and local escalation owners need separate configuration.
Choose a pilot location with a person willing to review real work. Select a second location with a meaningful difference and use it as a check on the design. A template that breaks immediately at the second branch is giving you inexpensive feedback before a wider rollout.
Give branches a practical entry checklist
Ask each manager to confirm the source system, local terms, current permissions, exception contact, available training time and how staff revert to the usual process. Keep local settings visible in one register. Record who can change them and which shared tests must run afterward.
Roll out in groups small enough for the support team to handle. Track missing information and correction rates by branch, alongside volume. A combined total can hide a location that has stopped using the tool. If one branch needs a different approval rule, document why and decide whether it belongs in local settings or changes the shared policy.
After each group launches, update the entry checklist with the issues that staff actually encountered. The next branch should receive a better rollout than the first one did.
Put this into practice
Bring a sample of the work and the tools your team uses. We can help define a first project, who reviews it, and how to tell if it works.
