A Mobile Booking Page Audit You Can Do With One Phone
Choose a page that receives paid or search traffic and open it from the entry point your buyer uses. A desktop screenshot scaled down to phone width will miss parts of the experience. You need to see what happens when the keyboard opens, the visitor switches apps and the calendar takes over.
Walk through as a first time visitor
Read the first screen without scrolling. Can you tell what you will receive, who it is for and what action to take? Tap the primary button with your thumb. Check that a sticky header leaves the form label visible, that the fields accept normal input and that a message appears near any field with an error.
Try one interrupted journey. Enter some details, switch to another app to look up a date, then return. If the page clears everything, make a note of the step that causes it. On a calendar, check that the displayed timezone is clear and dates are readable without sideways scrolling. Include a path for someone who wants to inquire but cannot find an available time.
Separate layout faults from process faults
An event studio might find that its consultation form works perfectly, yet visitors cannot tell whether the resulting call is by phone or video. That needs better copy or calendar instructions. A button covered by a cookie choice or a confirmation pushed off screen needs a layout fix. Assign each finding to the person who can actually correct it.
Use an approved test record if you need to send the form. Verify the destination and remove the test from follow up. Save the device, browser, screenshot and exact tap sequence for each issue. Repeat the same journey after the fix. One successful run gives the business a repeatable check to use before launching its next campaign.
