How to Get Ceramic Coating Leads Who Are Ready for an Inspection
A driver messages “How much to coat my SUV?” Your estimator asks for pictures. The driver disappears. Before blaming Facebook for sending price shoppers, read the ad. A photograph of a flawless hood and a “Get price” button gave the driver a good reason to expect a number.
Show what changes the quote
Put a short example beside the booking button. Describe two vehicles your shop actually accepts: a new daily driver seeking easier maintenance and an older vehicle whose owner hopes to soften visible swirls. Explain which preparation is included in your base service, when correction requires a separate estimate, and when the vehicle can go home. Use your shop’s terms and times. A close photo under inspection lighting explains surface condition better than another beauty shot.
If your starting price is reliable, give the starting vehicle type and work it covers. If you quote after inspection, say that before the visitor enters contact details. Owners can then choose whether a visit makes sense.
Offer an inspection the shop can deliver
Try this invitation: “Tell us your vehicle and the finish you want. We’ll arrange a paint inspection and explain your coating options.” Add an optional photo upload after the first inquiry if your current system supports it. A driver seeing the ad in a parking lot may have neither a good photo nor a tape measure.
Give every coating inquiry an outcome: inspection offered, inspection attended, quote accepted or reason declined. If inspections happen but bookings stall over curing time, clarify pickup before the visit. If almost nobody accepts the inspection, check what the ad promised and whether your team actually offered a time.
For the next step, see how to explain why the vehicle needs an inspection before a firm price.
